1. Acceptance

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

2. Nature of the website

This site is a static information page. It contains no JavaScript, no user accounts and no payment processing. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer; all information is provided in good faith and may change without notice.

3. Quotations and scope of work

Quotations are based on a site assessment and the information available at the time.
Any variations, hidden site conditions or additional work requested after acceptance may be quoted separately.
Quotations become binding only when issued in writing and accepted in writing.

4. Compliance and certification

Electrical installations are carried out to the applicable South African National Standards and municipal requirements. A valid Certificate of Compliance (CoC) is issued on completion of electrical work where required by law.

5. Warranty

Workmanship is warranted for the period stated on your quotation. Components and equipment carry the manufacturer’s warranty, which does not cover damage caused by misuse, power surges, lightning, unauthorised modification or work performed by third parties.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BRV Electro and Solar Technologies Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from information contained on it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008.

7. Intellectual property

Text, layout and branding on this site are owned by BRV Electro and Solar Technologies Pty Ltd. Photography is used under licence from Pexels.
